Understand the intent.
Carry it through the work.
A successful space reflects how it will be used, what it represents, and how people experience it.
The architect's design connects those needs. Right Angle's role is to understand the intent and help the project team carry it through planning, procurement, construction, and the finished details.
Ask useful questions early
Review existing conditions, interfaces, materials, access, and construction sequencing. Raise questions while the team has time to evaluate them.
Make pricing understandable
Explain assumptions, allowances, exclusions, and options. When alternatives are considered, discuss their effect on appearance, function, quality, maintenance, and timing with the designer and client.
Connect approvals with the field
Keep drawing revisions, submittals, selections, vendor requirements, and questions connected to the people doing the work. Confirm the direction before affected work proceeds.
Lead the coordination
Bring trade partners and specialty vendors into the appropriate conversations. Communicate concerns clearly and work through practical solutions with the design team.
Relationships are earned through the work.
RAC seeks opportunities through capability, professionalism, communication, and performance. Our goal is to be a contractor the design team can trust to ask thoughtful questions, respect responsibilities, and stand behind its commitments.
Bring us into the planning conversation.
We welcome the opportunity to understand your design approach and discuss how RAC can support the project.
