RAC recently completed a 6,100 sq. ft. renovation, seamlessly merging two three-story buildings into a single, modern office space. The project included exterior skylights, a durable metal roof, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to unify the structures.  Inside, we created state-of-the-art private call rooms featuring a unique "reverse call system" for discreet patient-therapist interactions. Exposed painted ceilings, custom flooring, and tailored millwork add warmth and character to the space. A cozy “Kid’s Area” was also designed, featuring custom millwork seating, Acoufelt cloud panels for eye pleasing sound absorption, and a CNC-carved tree as the focal point upon entry, adding a welcoming and playful touch. We’re proud to feature this distinctive project in this month’s newsletter, showcasing its innovative design and thoughtful execution.

Andrew Iannizzi, President of RAC, is very grateful for being selected as the general contractor for this project.  His seasoned team consisted of Cameron Parcell (Sr. Project Manager), Nate Spinks (Asst. Project Manager), Anthony Iannizzi (Superintendent), Ray Hook (Dir. of Estimating), Andy Fones (Project Accountant), Matthew Geiss, AIA, NCARB, (Principal Architect - Reform Architecture), and Donna Delo (MEP Engineer, Blue Moon Engineering).
